Ingredients
Whipped cream
1 loving cup heavy cream 240 ml
1/4 loving cup powdered saccharide 32 g
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract 3 ml
Daiquiri
3 cups strawberries--halved 600 g
3 cups H2O ice cubes
v oz clear rum 150 ml
3 oz uncomplicated syrup** xc ml
2 oz peach schnapps sixty ml
Instructions
Whipped cream
1.In medium sized bowl, amongst hand-mixer, whip together heavy cream, sugar, too vanilla extract until desired whipped consistency is reached. Set inwards refrigerator until daiquiri mix is ready.
Daiquiri
1.In blender, pulse together strawberries, ice, rum, uncomplicated syrup too peach schnapps on high speed until shine too completely blended.

- Coconut Rum
- Pineapple Juice, cold
- Champagne or Prosecco, cold
- Pineapple slices and/or cherries, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Per mimosa: add one ounce coconut rum and two ounces pineapple juice to a champagne glass. Top with champagne and garnish with pineapple and/or cherry.
- To make a pitcher: add 1 cup coconut rum, 2 cups pineapple juice, and an entire 750mL bottle of champagne or prosecco to a pitcher. Add pineapple slices and/or cherries to the pitcher or glasses for garnish.

- 1-2 ounces of Malibu Pineapple Rum
- 1 Tablespoon of Cherry juice
