Pizza for breakfast doesn't have to mean cold leftovers - this easy 30-minute Supreme Breakfast Pizza is built on a buttery crescent crust and is loaded with anything and everything your hungry morning belly can imagine! #SundaySupper

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can crescent rolls or your favorite pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 3 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces colby jack cheese
  • 2 slices Canadian baconquartered
  • 1/4 turkey kielbasa linksliced
  • 3 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion thinly sliced
  • 1 small yellow bell peppersliced
  • 1 small tomato sliced (or cherry tomatoes, halved)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • chives chopped, for garnish
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish
  • Sea salt for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a pizza pan and sprinkle generously with flour.
  2. Open the can of crescents and unroll the dough, placing them on the parchment with triangles facing in. They won't match up into a perfect circle, but maneuver them the best you can. Pinch together the seams to seal, and pinch the outer edge to form a raised edge to hold in the toppings.
  3. Carefully spread the sauce over the crust, then place slices of mozzarella on top, followed by colby jack. Arrange toppings evenly on top of cheese.
  4. Place pizza pan in preheated oven and bake for 3 minutes, then carefully remove and crack eggs on top of pizza. Return pizza to oven and continue to bake for 10-12 minutes, or until egg whites are set and crust is browned.
  5. Remove from oven and brush butter over outer edge of crust. Sprinkle pizza with chopped chives, Parmesan, salt, and pepper flakes to taste. Enjoy!

You’ve only got two more weeks to plan what you will be noshing on come Super Bowl Sunday, and hopefully this pizza will be lucky enough to make it on the menu.

Ingredients

1 lbstore-bought or homemade pizza dough
114 oz jar of store-bought pizza sauce
10-12 ozmozzarella cheese, shredded
15-20slices of good quality salami
1/4of a red onion sliced very thin
1small jalapeño seeded, thinly sliced
1/2 cupcastelvetrano olives, pre-pitted (from olive bar)
olive oil, for brushing edges and pizza pan
Everything Bagel Seasoning
1/4 cuphoney
red pepper flakes

Method

  1. Heat oven to 500° F.
  2. To make the everything bagel seasoning, mix all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Let pizza dough come to room temperature for 30 minutes before rolling out onto a lightly floured surface with a rolling pin. When your dough is roughly 10 inches in diameter or ½ inch thick, place it on a lightly oiled baking sheet, pizza pan, or pre-heated pizza stone. Spoon pizza sauce onto dough (I like a lightly sauced pizza and my husband likes a heavy sauced pizza...use your own taste to determine the amount of sauce to use) leaving 1 inch of crust exposed around the edges. Cover the sauce with ¾ of the mozzarella cheese. Layer the cheese with the salami, onion, jalapeños, and olives. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Brush edges of pizza with olive oil and sprinkle with the everything bagel seasoning.
  4. Place pizza in the oven for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown and the center of the crust is crispy. Remove from oven drizzle with honey and sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Serve with extra honey for dipping the crust into.

Absolutely THE BEST way to make pizza at home! With a quick fry, you get a light, crispy, and perfectly chewy crust texture than is SO MUCH BETTER than baked. Crispy fried pizza for the win!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of pizza dough (we use DeLallo! it is THE best.)
  • oil for frying (vegetable or canola is best)
  • tomato sauce of choice
  • fresh mozzarella cheese
  • fresh basil and/or pesto
  • red pepper flakes
  • Parmesan cheese
  • any other toppings you like

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Make the dough: Make the pizza dough according to package directions. Let the dough rise (for DeLallo pizza dough, the rise time is 45 minutes).
  2. Shape the dough: Divide the pizza dough into 6 sections. Roll each into a ball and flatten into a pizza shape (mine were about 6-8 inches in diameter and about 1/2 inch thick around the outside).
  3. Prep the oil: Heat a large cast iron skillet with oil (about 1 inch deep). Turn the heat to medium/low. Test the oil by dropping a speck of water in it – when it sizzles or bubbles, then the oil is ready.
  4. Fry the pizza dough: Working one at a time, gently place the pizzas into the oil and fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute until light golden brown. Flip with tongs and repeat on the other side. Transfer to a paper towel lined pan to cool.
  5. Finish in the oven: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Spread each pizza with sauce, cheese, and any other toppings you want. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Top with fresh basil, pesto, or anything else you want and serve warm. And then enjoy those puffy, crispy, personal-pan-sized bites of pizza crust! YUMMMMM.

My favorite pizza crust topped with barbecue sauce, pineapple, ham, bacon and lots of cheese. This unique and flavorful Hawaiian-style bbq pizza is always a hit with our family!

Ingredients
  • For the dough:
  • 1 ball pizza dough (try my recipe HERE)
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • For the toppings:
  • ¼ c. BBQ sauce
  • 8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ⅔ c. cubed ham
  • 5 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • ½ c. pineapple tidbits
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • ⅛ tsp. red pepper flakes
Directions
  1. Make dough according to the recipe's directions (or use store-bought dough); set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 14-inch circle. Transfer to a parchment-lined pizza pan. Fold over the extra inch of dough to form the crust, pressing to seal. Brush with olive oil. Dock the center of the pizza with a fork to prevent large bubbles from forming. Place in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, remove and set aside.
  4. Spread the BBQ sauce over top, then half of the mozzarella cheese. Add the ham, bacon and pineapple tidbits, then top with remaining mozzarella and the sliced red onion (however much you prefer).
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped cilantro and red pepper flakes. Allow to cool for 2-3 additional minutes, then cut and serve.
